The Variety of Classes program at THE TRANSFORMATION STATION is a class-focused boutique gym offering a diverse range of workout classes to cater to different fitness goals and preferences. From high-intensity interval training to Piloga, and strength training, members can choose from various classes to keep their workouts engaging and effective. With experienced instructors leading each class, members can expect to challenge themselves, improve their fitness levels, and achieve their desired results in a supportive and motivating environment.

We understand how intimidating it can be to get started on a new fitness journey. Don't worry, our aim is to make your journey as simple as possible.

Christina started The Transformation Station because her story was the same story many of our clients face. She too had to overcome all the obstacles that keep people from living a healthy life.

It is our goal to challenge every person to become a better version of themselves.

Working out at the gym isn't easy. But getting there shouldn't be hard. THE TRANSFORMATION STATION is located and easily accessible from all of Barrie.

How do I sign up for a class?

Schedule your class with us by clicking the 'Book A Class' button at the top of this page- You can easily come see if we are a good fit that way before deciding your membership option. If you know we are a great fit and want to commit- You are welcome to join in on a contract-free monthly membership. Or by filling out the contact form with all of your details, and we will contact you to schedule your first class.

How long does it take to see results?

Results take time, but if you’re consistent, they will come. If you are a beginner, results will come fairly quickly; even in only 2 consistent weeks, you may start to see a difference in your strength and overall fitness.

Do I get the chance to meet new friends?

Yes. We like to organize our fitness classes into small groups, as this allows you to meet others.

Will I be working out with only women?

The majority of the members are women. However, please note that we are not a women's only facility. We are a community of people that share the same fitness journey as you. Everybody and every body is welcome here, as long as we are under the same umbrella- which is kindness . We are here to build each other up - if you win, we all win.

How often do you recommend coming to workout classes?

If you are a beginner, we recommend starting with 2 to 4 classes a week. It may take a while for your body to get used to training at that intensity, so listen to your body and know you will need recovery time between training days. You may also like attending a cardio based class to offset your strength classes, or maybe a Piloga in between as well. If you want to be here, we have options for you to do exactly that.

Do you provide free refreshments there?

We have a small kitchen with water available to our members. Other snacks and drinks are available for purchase.

Do I have to be fit to join?

No! No matter what your current fitness level is, we have the fitness program that is right for you. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness, and move you toward your goals. Our program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.

What payment methods do you accept?

We take all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept cash, or personal checks.

What kind of exercises can I expect during a workout?

Our class programming depends on the class you are attending. All our classes offer a variety of movements for everyone to be included. Exercise is so diverse, so you may be in a class of 8 people but notice 2 people may be doing a standing variation, while someone else may be doing their movement on the ground, and some doing a higher impact and some lower impact, and that is normal here. We love the variety of movements and the instructor always shows them! As we like to say: Choose your challenge.

Do I have to stop eating my favourite foods to be healthy?

No! A healthy lifestyle has to be manageable and realistic for the long term. Do enjoy special indulgences and meals! The healthier you are, the healthier you tend to want to eat. You get hooked on feeling good, and junk food just isn’t worth it. By avoiding excessive amounts of refined carbohydrates and measuring your intake of protein, carbohydrates, and fat, you will see dramatic, measurable increases in health.
