
The Foundations (Intro to Strength) Small Group Personal Training is 4 weeks to learn ways to get stronger that work with your body in a small group setting with a few individuals who are in similar boats as you are. Down to earth, experienced coaching and literally zero judgment. In these sessions, you will recieve individual attention while also recieving a bit of space to feel comfortable in your movement patterns. If you are wanting assistance with form, exercises to work with your unique body (maybe you are working with sore knees, shoulders, up/down limitations), and building a solid foundation- this is for you.
Over 4 weeks you'll build confidence to keep going, at a pace that works for you with a trainer who understands that bodies move differently.
