This 4-week workshop is designed to teach you practical nutrition skills that work in real life. (Please note, if you are on a GLP-1, you are also welcome to join us! This would be very handy for you to be sure you are fueling with the right things, especially around your workouts). You'll learn how to use a food scale without becoming obsessed, you'll understand what your protein portions actually look like for you, we'll build a grocery list around foods you already enjoy, and create an eating pattern you can stick with long term.
